My husband is a whore, and I couldn't be more proud.
Hubbie just got back from his job interview. Over the last week he has wheeled and dealed. He put his best foot forward and whored himself a kickass raise and a beaut of a promotion. Interviews are all about selling yourself to your new boss. Let me tell you what I can do for you.
He impressed the hell out of them, and now we are going to move. The beating of breasts and gnashing of teeth will come within the next few weeks as the logistical nightmare of this move becomes reality.
For now, we will revel in his success. Tonight we'll crack open a bottle of wine and toast the latest addition to his resume: Husband, Father, Friend, Man Whore.
