Say What?

Some time ago I bitched that someone had commented on the fact that I quote a lot of tv and film. This is absolutely true, and so I bring for your viewing pleasure Say What?

Here is a short collection of the inane banter that goes on in the NATUI-household. If you hang with us long enough, I guarantee that you will hear every one of these bits. No wonder no one can stand us. So clap on your headphones as this is neither work nor child friendly. Enjoy the best bits of NATUI.

I LOVE quoting movies... especially to people that "get it". A friend of mine is a HYOOGE movie quoter. We held a part for him recently where we had a quote guessing game. I blogged about it... actually, you commented on it and said something about making a video yourself.

Anyway, thumbs up!

Ok so I can't believe I watched that whole thing... thinking the whole time that I might love you... then towards the end? my favorite scene ever. The Meaning Of Life and the baby on the floor and the 'would you get that dearie?'... yeah...it's love for sure.

nicely done.

In my household we are more likely to quote seinfeld episodes, since they seem to relate in infinite ways to our daily life.

Well done. We crave some addicting foods fortnightly in our household too.
Ditto on Meaning of Life scene (that's my sister up there in your comments).

I feel like I've kind of snuck into your brain, like John Malkovich...

Love, love LOVE "So I Married..."; the whole "Heed" dialogue and the Garth Brooks diet (and the secret triumverate) make us pee our pants.

Didn't see all the naughtiness in the BK commercial before - thanks for pointing THAT one out! Here I was, all distracted by the big chicken. Or was that a cock? Hmm.

That was awesome. I tend to quote mainly from The Simpsons myself.

@Joe: I remember that party!! Talk about a dream come true!

@Creepy: Isn't that baby scene just the BEST!! I can't tell you how many times my husband or I will be on the couch with the remote out of reach "Can you get that for me dearie?" LOL

@Blues: My hubbie loves Seinfeld, and I am sure if we watched it more we would have a ton to quote from. They DEF had some good ones.

@onlyamovie: If I could just get the accent down, then I'd feel REALLY proud!

@BvB: Yeah, the "heed" one gets thrown around a lot around here. I saved that one for Vol. II. I love how Anthony Lapalia can barely keep his shit together during that scene.

As for loving that movie, though, I thought that was required of all Canadians? Eh? ;)

@faemom: I know a lot of die-hard Simpson fans. Another example of a long running show with great, witty quotes.

@Faiqa: There is no denying the brilliance of this movie. I swear I could watch it once a week and never tire of it.
